Summary

Responsibilities:

  • 5+ Years Working with clients to resolve complex technical issues, acting as a point of escalation for lower-tier support.
  • Managed and lead IT project migrations
  • Monitor active alerts and proactively troubleshoot client networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate daily with clients to address active alerts, provide detailed troubleshooting steps, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Onboard and manage client devices, ensuring seamless integration into existing networks.
  • Perform hands-on interaction with network, systems, cloud, and other IT infrastructure components.
  • Be available for after-hours work for tasks such as firmware updates, migrations, and critical troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong general IT experience with a focus on designing and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity working within RMM platforms such as N-able, ConnectWise, Kaseya or similar.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting complex network issues and providing critical thinking to resolve them effectively.
  • Understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Experience with POS systems is desired.

IT Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a healthcare customer technology initiatives across departments and facilities. This role will lead critical infrastructure, migration, and application deployment projects, with a focus on operational continuity and end-user readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in project management, healthcare IT environments, and cross-functional coordination. Experience in cloud transitions, disaster recovery, Microsoft 365, and departmental move planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage hospital-related IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with healthcare customer operational goals.
  • Coordinate with IT, facilities, clinical, and administrative teams to support infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and equipment deployments.
  • Own and drive detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; provide real-time progress updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Apply PMBOK-based methodologies to manage scope, timelines, and resources.

Certified EPIC Cabling Technician

 Overview

We are seeking a certified EPIC Cabling Technician to support clinical system deployments and infrastructure upgrades for a healthcare customer. This role requires an EPIC-approved certification in cabling or infrastructure installation and the ability to operate in active healthcare environments. The technician will install, certify, and maintain low-voltage wiring to support EPIC workstations, clinical devices, and network infrastructure.

 Duties

 Install and terminate CAT6 and fiber optic cabling in compliance with EPIC certification standards.

 Follow wiring specifications for hospital IT infrastructure projects.

 Label and test all cable runs using tools such as Fluke testers.

 Coordinate with project managers and IT teams for accurate drop placement during EPIC workstation deployments.

 Interpret blueprints, network diagrams, and cable schedules.

 Execute moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for EPIC-related devices.

 Document all work using project management systems (floor plans, test results, inventory logs).

 Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety protocols while working in patient care areas.

 Join walk-throughs and site assessments during renovations and new build-outs.

 Collaborate with vendors and in-house teams to resolve deployment and connectivity issues.

 Requirements

 EPIC-certified cabling technician (or equivalent EPIC-approved credential).

 Minimum 3 years of experience in low-voltage cabling within healthcare, commercial, or institutional settings.

 Familiarity with BICSI, ANSI/TIA-568, and related cabling standards.

Junior Printer Technician

Junior Printer Technician

On-Site Field Support – Entry Level

Overview


We are seeking a Junior Printer Technician to provide field-based, on-site hardware support. This role includes installing, maintaining, and replacing printers and consumables across multiple customer sites. Ideal for individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, this is a full-time field service position.
All technicians will be certified on HP and Canon printers during onboarding. Must be available to travel to customer sites 4+ days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and replace desktop and networked printers across customer facilities.
  • Replace and service printer components such as: Toner, Rollers, fusers etc.
  • Troubleshoot basic printer issues such as paper jams, print quality problems, and offline errors.
  • Assist with network printer setup and IP configuration under supervision.
  • Log work performed in the ticketing system, including time tracking and parts used.
  • Follow safety, ESD, and site-specific protocols.
  • Maintain clean workspaces and professional client interactions.

Certifications & Training

  • HP and Canon printer certifications provided during onboarding.
  • Ongoing hands-on training and mentorship with senior technicians.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of general IT experience (desktop support, hardware repair, or similar).

Apple Bench Technician

In-House Repair and Support – Apple Certified Preferred

Main Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair Apple hardware (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, etc.).
  • Open new support tickets and document all repairs and diagnostics accurately.
  • Perform diagnostic assessments using Apple tools and procedures.
  • Monitor device performance during burn-in or testing periods; log results.
  • Conduct phone-based troubleshooting for hardware/software issues with clients as needed.
  • Escalate unresolved or warranty-related issues following Apple and internal guidelines.
  • Communicate weekly status updates with internal stakeholders including sales and marketing.
  • Create and update detailed documentation on client Apple device configurations and service history.
  • Monitor systems for issues such as failed backups or hardware degradation.
  • Collaborate with internal departments including Service, Sales, and Logistics.
  • Resolve assigned support tickets thoroughly and efficiently to closure.
  • Identify potential upsell opportunities (e.g., upgrades, extended coverage) and recommend them to the sales team.
  • Perform other repair shop tasks as assigned, including inventory prep and QA.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional Apple hardware/software troubleshooting abilities.
  • Experience working with macOS and iOS devices in a technical support setting.
  • Apple certification (ACMT or ACiT) preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and documentation platforms.
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, IT Glue, and SolarWinds N-Central a plus.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining quality.
  • Customer support experience in a technical environment preferred.
