Patrick Selby
My lifelong passion for technology sparked in 1982 with my first encounter with the Apple 2+. My fascination and insatiable thirst for knowledge in all things technology has been constant in my life. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with large and small companies to streamline IT operations in a wide range of industries. My education includes a Masters Degree in Computer Science.
Financial Operations and HR Manager
Donna Farrell
Donna has been an integral part of Systems Plus for over 35 years, serving as both the Financial Operations Manager and HR Manager. In addition to her primary roles, Donna also supports the Network Engineers with scheduling for the Business Services Division. With her extensive experience, Donna contributes to many other aspects of managing the company's daily operations.
Retail Manager
Robert Weiger
“Bob” has been here since 1999 and is now the Retail Manager. He is responsible for the day to day running of the retail store and inventory control. He has been in Retail since 1977 and selling Apple since 1985. He has worn many hats over the years including sales, service, and management. Most of his enjoyment is from interacting with our customers.

Josh Birch
Josh has specialized in the development and maintenance of systems and networking equipment for businesses over 10 years. Josh has planned and worked through large projects for various customers and holds different certifications.

Matt Parker
Matt is an PC Engineer based in Claremont, known for his expertise in using Tails Linux. When he's not solving technical challenges, Matt enjoys taking long walks with his beloved pugs Charlie and Clover. His passion for technology and love for his pets make him a unique and valued member of our team.
Service Manager
Susan Richardson
Sue has held the position of Service Coordinator since 2014 and was recently promoted to Service Manager! Her experience in multi-tasking and assigning customer appointments for Apple and PC’s, requires her proficient expertise. Sue’s knowledge of warranty hardware is also essential to our customers hardware technical requirements.
Senior Lenovo Technician
Steven Board
Steve has worked as our Lead PC service technician since 2004. His expertise in network and internet wiring is an essential part of the business that Steve is a pro at. His experience of PC’s, Printers and internet trouble shooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues is essential to our retail and business customer’s needs. Steve is A+ Certified and holds Lenovo Computer certifications. Steve is a US Air Force veteran who served on active duty and in the Vermont Air National Guard.

Marc von Geldern
Marc comes to us with over 8 years experience as an Apple Certified Mac and iOS technician. He has been helping grow and support our Apple technicians as well as solving complicated repairs.
He is also a one of our 4 Lenovo Certified Technicians. Marc can help no matter the computer platform!
Apple and Lenovo Technician
Chris Williams
Chris comes to us from the Windows side of things having worked with Windows 98 and up. Though he comes for the Windows world he has made a wonderful Apple Certified Mac and iOS Technician. But don't count him out on the Windows machines, he is also a Lenovo Certified Technician. He enjoys problem solving and helping our customers use their computers products. As he is also an experienced videographer, he will be helping with our upcoming videos from Systems Plus.

Caitlyn Williams
Caitlyn returned to Systems Plus in July of 2021 to provide her expertise in sales, support and service. She provides our Apple 1 on 1 training sessions with individuals and can also help with iCloud as well. She is now a Fully Certified Apple technician providing in house service as well as on site service. And yes she jumps into sales as well.
