Systems Plus has been the Upper Valley's IT company since 1988: the region's Apple Authorized Service Provider, and a managed IT provider for local businesses, schools and healthcare. We're locally owned. You work with the owner down the hall, on customers you can see, with a lot of variety from day to day.

We pay for your job-related certifications. Full-time staff get health and dental insurance and a SIMPLE IRA after the 90-day introductory period.

IT Service Delivery Manager (MSP)

Lebanon, NH. On-site, full time. $53,300 to $64,200 a year.

Our engineers are good at the technical work. We're hiring the person who makes sure every job they're given gets scheduled, done, and closed with the customer told. You are the delivery guarantee behind everything we sell.

What you will do

  • Run the Business Services board every day: lead the 8:30 stand-up, and make sure every ticket has an owner, a next step and a current note.
  • Schedule the engineers' work: who does what, when, and the follow-up.
  • Chase follow-through: hardware received to scheduled, quote signed to ticket, site visits done or rescheduled, customers kept up to date.
  • Coordinate project work such as Microsoft 365 migrations, hardware refreshes and new client onboardings, in ConnectWise and Asana.
  • Flag billing issues to our Business Services manager, who keeps billing, purchasing and HR.

What we are looking for

  • Experience coordinating IT service or project work: service desk lead, dispatcher, project coordinator, or service delivery coordinator.
  • Someone who wants the follow-through work itself and gets satisfaction from a clean board.
  • Clear, prompt written communication with customers and engineers.
  • Comfort with a ticketing system (ConnectWise a plus) and a project tool (Asana a plus).
  • Enough technical background to tell a stalled ticket from a hard one. ITIL, CAPM or PMP helpful, not required.

Mac Repair Technician (Apple Bench Tech)

Lebanon, NH. On-site, full time. $20 per hour.

We're the Upper Valley's Apple Authorized Service Provider. When a Mac, iPad or iPhone in this valley breaks, it comes to our bench. This is a hands-on repair job, not a help desk seat: run Apple diagnostics, order the right part through GSX, do the repair, and get the customer back to work faster than a mail-in depot ever could.

What you will do

  • Diagnose and repair Apple hardware: MacBook, iMac, Mac mini, Mac Studio, iPad, iPhone.
  • Run Apple diagnostics and follow Apple service procedures and repair guides.
  • Create and manage repairs in GSX: warranty status, parts, returns and claims.
  • Document every repair in our ticketing system so the next person can pick it up cold.
  • Run post-repair testing and QA before a unit goes back out.
  • Talk customers through a repair at the counter or on the phone when it needs a real conversation.

What we are looking for

  • Real hardware troubleshooting ability, and comfort working inside modern Apple hardware: adhesive, ribbon cables, ESD discipline.
  • Strong macOS and iOS knowledge, and enough Windows to get by in a mixed shop.
  • Clear written notes.
  • A sense of urgency that doesn't turn into sloppy work.

No Apple certification yet? That's fine. Juniors are welcome: we'll train you and pay for your ACMT or ACiT certification.
