Responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and repair of laptops,
computers and accessories, interacting with
residential and commercial clients, one-on one consulting and training. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and needs to
be consistent in keeping service records up to
date. Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot
software, detect and remove viruses and
malware, migrate data between systems.
Knowledge of printers a plus. Must have a
working knowledge of Windows and/or Mac
OS. The candidate will provide telephone,
in-store, and onsite customer support, and will
help in sales on our retail sales floor. Ability to communicate clearly and follow company processes. Work alone as well as within a fast paced team environment.
